Personal data Affinity Partnership Group collect and store in our third-party CRM (Bullhorn) and third-party payment provider (Raise.io) for Associate Consultants on assignment with our customers:

- Insurance policy documents
- Bank account details
DATA COLLECTION PURPOSE
Data collected is utilised as following:
- Affinity Partnership Group to be able to contact our Associate Consultants or Candidates in process for hiring with our customers, with relevant career opportunities or career related content
- Verification of experience and technical suitability for project-based assignments or to be hired with Affinity’s customers
Data collected for project assignments is utilised for:
- Confirming right to work in applicable country
- Confirming residence in the applicable country
- Confirming correct business or freelancer registration in applicable country
- Confirming registration for taxes in applicable country
- Confirming insurances to protect against claims in relation to assignments with Affinity’s customers
- Providing payment for services
